Natalie Adams Barnes, is the dynamic VP of Product Management & Product Design at Zumba Fitness. Holding a B.S in Marketing from Miami University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, Natalie’s passion for product development, curiosity, and tennis tournament experience is an asset as a RecycleBalls Board Member!
Natalie’s dedication and ingenuity have led her to a robust career that spans playing as a world rank junior tennis player and NCAA student-athlete to running tennis tournaments to launching interactive digital environments. She’s the creative brain behind two innovative product patents and the successful launch of several successful global apps. Beyond these tangible achievements, she’s also committed to fostering community and collaboration, exemplified by her founding of the Women in Tech South Florida Meet-up and the Tennis Sponsorship Community & Blog.
When Natalie’s not pushing the boundaries of product design, she’s on a global quest, traveling with her family and diving deep into various cultures. With her husband, daughter, and son by her side, every journey is both an adventure and a cherished memory.
Tennis holds a special place in Natalie’s heart and her family’s legacy. Her father, Bill Adams, dedicated half a century to running tennis academies worldwide, making a mark on countless lives. He believed in tennis as more than a game but a means to uplift. Natalie remembers his drive to give back and sees her involvement with RecycleBalls as a way to merge his legacy with her dedication to sustainability. Natalie believes in its potential to reshape the tennis world’s environmental footprint. Marrying her love for tennis with her drive for a sustainable future, she envisions RecycleBalls branching out, setting new industry standards, and becoming a beacon for sustainable practices in sports.
