This option provides an easy way to try the QUICKSHIP program at no cost and determine your annual tax deduction benefit.  Once established, we hope you will become a SUPPORTING MEMBER and share this benefit. 
 
What is the QUICKSHIP program?
The RecycleBalls QUICKSHIP Program provides organizations such as facilities, schools or tennis communities all the materials needed to implement a comprehensive and profitable tennis ball recycling solution. We have even arranged for automatic pickup with pre-paid UPS shipping labels attached to every bin.  
What are the benefits of this program?
– For your players: court-side convenience and an immediate “feel good”.
– For your organization: an easy way to bring green to your entire tennis community.
– For the environment:  less toxic landfill. 
– For your bottom line: a potentially significant financial benefit – if you are a for-profit organization.
How large is my financial benefit? 
While we cannot legally recommend a value for donated balls, many of our partner facilities are claiming and receiving $ .40 per tennis ball donated. As a SUPPORTING MEMBER, if you donate 10,000 tennis balls a year (typical), that’s a $4,000 benefit or a $1,400 direct cash benefit based on a 35% rate. Your direct cash benefit may vary.
How can we sign up?
You can apply above using either the SUPPORTING MEMBER or FREE option:
The FREE option allows you to establish your tax deduction level and provides a pathway to optionally becoming a SUPPORTING MEMBER. Setups on this option are scheduled up to 4 weeks out.
The SUPPORTING MEMBER option is a $600 self-renewing annual membership, payable at  $50 per month. This membership helps support our mission.  Setups on this option are immediately shipped.

Is this making a difference?
Because of people like you, RecycleBalls is making a significant positive difference for US tennis. To date, our 600+ partner network has kept nearly 1 million tennis balls out of landfills. Our shared mission to recycle all tennis balls nationwide has never seemed more important or more possible!

How can tennis organizations qualify?
To qualify, organizations must complete our application (above), have at least four tennis courts, be willing to place a bin directly on every indoor court, designate a dedicated CHAMPION to manage the program and promote our mission of recycling all tennis balls.
How are the balls shipped and tracked?
Full bins need to be brought to the front desk or anywhere UPS ships, where they will be automatically picked up by UPS without further notice. An automated system continuously ensures optimum inventory levels. Court-side bins typically fill up in 3-6 weeks.
What are my used tennis balls worth as a tax deduction?
As an example, if you donate 10,000 tennis balls over the course of the year and you choose to value these at $.40 each, then this could be a $4,000 tax deduction. We provide a tax deduction receipt at the end of every year.
Who assigns a value to the tennis balls for my tax deduction? 
The IRS requires the donor (you) to assign values to non-cash charitable donations.
How are you financing this?
Currently our nonprofit is self-funded with Wilson helping support our operations. We now have a goal to raise $130K to finance a new recycling line and see 20 million tennis balls recycled over the next 3 years. We cannot do this alone and are asking you to become a member by sharing a portion of your anticipated tax deduction benefit. Typical partners ship between 3 to 6 bins a month (600-1200 balls) and average 10,000 donated balls a year.

Program Tips and Instructions - Included with setup package.

  • Assemble every bin right away to save time.
    Start by assembling the BOTTOM first and then the TOP. Ensure the two top tabs are locked. Each bin takes about a minute to assemble.
  • Promote this GREEN program with included posters.
    Place the included posters safely on any surface!
  • Place bins directly on every indoor tennis court.
    Courtside bins fill up with 200 balls in 2-4 wks on active courts.
    Tennis players prefer courtside bins, which fill up 5-10 times faster.
    For outdoor courts, place bins in a sheltered area near the courts or consider one of our outdoor enclosures or bins. 
  • Always replace full bins with FRESH ones immediately.
    Fresh bins and immediate shipments are critical to a successful program. All bins are tracked, and fresh bins will be automatically shipped to you in lots of 10 to maintain your inventory. Need more bins? Contact us.
  • Bring full bins to your front desk, or anywhere UPS delivers.
    Ship bins AS SOON as they are full to ensure timely bin replacement. Please do not accumulate full bins.
    Every bin comes with a PRE-PAID UPS label and will be picked up by UPS when they visit, with no future notice required and at no cost to you! Feel free to tape the top of the bin when shipping, but it’s not necessary. Have a bin with an area that is damaged? Use clear tape to fix.
  • Ready to recycle teaching cart or other tennis balls?
    Do you have hundreds or thousands of additional tennis balls to recycle? Contact us or use as many bins as needed and ship. These will be immediately replaced to maintain your inventory.
  • Open Emails. We would kindly ask that you open emails sent to you. Opening our emails lets us know that you are engaged and ensures the continuing success of this program for you and your players.
  • Timely Shipment. Given our investment in your organization, we would very much appreciate timely shipments of bins. These should be sent individually and as soon as they are full. Most of our partners are shipping bins monthly. Our ability to work with sponsors and obtain grants is linked to the number of balls we are able to collect/recycle.
  • Tracked Bins. All bins are tracked to you and we will ship you new ones automatically when you send full bins to us. We record all received bins and will provide you with a tax deduction receipt at the end of every year.
