Starr Goodrige, the New England manager for UPS who made a special trip to let is know this new initiative had their attention. Mike Thorne, our local UPS contact who is shown on left, has been nothing short of amazing by supplying us with labels, a printer and much of his time - when he could have been helping more profitable customers.
