RB CHAMPION PROFILE: Phil Parrish “Tennis players care about the environment” 

This is another in a series of interviews with Recycleballs Champions - tennis athletes that passionately care about the sport of tennis and the environment. These leaders are mobilizing their community to improve tennis by implementing the Recycleballs QUICKSHIP Program.

 

One such athlete is Phil Parrish from Wayland, Massachusetts.

Phil Parrish has served as The Longfellow Club Tennis Director for the last 15 years and manages a staff of 25 certified pros. As a UPSTA Pro, Phil has been recognized several times and awarded for his drive and commitment to the sport throughout his career.

RECYCLEBALLS IMPACT REPORT – 1st Quarter 2017

Recycle balls, a 501(c)3 non-profit, is inspiring a youth-powered movement to improve tennis and our planet with a mission to recycle all tennis balls in the US. Since January 1st, 44 facilities have now adopted the Recycleballs QUICKSHIP Program, which will see approximately 300 tennis courts recycling tennis balls that will not impact US landfills. This should account for approximately 30,000 balls per month. Programs & SolutionsObtained a patent pending on our Recycleballs QUICKSHIP Bins.Developed and rebranded our signature Recycleballs QUICKSHIP Program.Redesigned Recycleballs QUICKSHIP Bins for increased impact and functionality - these have been well received by the industry.
